At Body Basics Massage on the Move, appointments are reserved especially for you. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

Refunds

All treatments and completed services are non-refundable. If concerns are not communicated during the treatment session, the service will be considered accepted, and no refund will be issued.

Late Arrival

Late arrivalmay results in reduced treatment time to avoidd delaying the next client.

For any concerns, please contact us directly so we can assist and find a suitable solution.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients are requested to notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full treatment price. Late cancellations may incur a fee at our discretion.

During your treatment

Clients are encouraged to communicate any discomfort, pressure preference, or concerns to the therapist during the session so adjustments can be made immediately.

Products

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
