Please read our policy carefully before booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All treatments and completed services are non-refundable. If concerns are not communicated during the treatment session, the service will be considered accepted, and no refund will be issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late Arrival<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time in order to avoid delaying the next client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For any concerns, please contact us directly so we can assist and find a suitable solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cancellation &amp; Rescheduling <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients are requested to notify us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full treatment price.
